Allow ZenModeler to model devices for a specified monitor

Description
Most of the daemons choose their list of devices from their performance monitor's list of devices. ZenModeler doesn't do this which makes it very hard to distribute.
Add a --monitor option to zenmodeler.py so that it can use this configuration method in addition to the old fashioned --path method.
