user confusion when adding routes

Description
There's no indication that a route requires the /24 style netmask, and the gui blows up with unpack requires 2-tuple if you don't provide it. This confuses users (and at least one developer).
We should make the netmask a separate entry after the address [192.168.1.0] / [24].
