Description

A user with the ZenUser role has no ZEN_CHANGE_EVENT_VIEWS permission. This results in the user not being able to see/edit their own event views.

This is the design right now. IF we allowed them they could see events to which they don't have permission.

Basically all global event views are blocked currently. We could allow an admin to create a view for a user but that might not be very useful.
