Status "dot" for WinServices is always yellow for failed service

Description

The colored status "dot" for WinServices on the OS tab is always yellow no matter what the severity of the event that is causing it. The dot should follow the color of the event's severity.

This one is still not fixed. The problem is that the getStatusImgSrc method is expecting event severity as a parameter and the deviceOsDetail template is passing in the number of events for the service.
