PREV_ZENPACK_NAME not making it into EGG-INFO

Description
I installed an "old school" (non-egg) zenpack and then installed it's new eggyfied zenpack. The migrate script didn't seem to move the old instances of datasrouces to the newest.
PREV_ZENPACK_NAME is specified in setup.py but doesn't seem to show up in EGG-INFO. Once it's in there, that should fix things.
