Installing some core ZenPacks gives ObjectNotFound error

Description

Installing ZenPacks.zenoss.ApacheMonitor and ZenPacks.zenoss.DellMonitor on zenosst gives an ObjectNotFound error. This is in the call to remove the relation between the existing packable items and the newly upgraded zenpack.

I think this is due to those relationships being broken on zenosst.
