Description
It would be nice to be able to set zProperties on Locations, Systems, and Groups and be able to access those zProperties from a Device.
Image a datacenter in Location /A/B/C. It's conceivable that all the MySQL servers, or all the SNMP servers, or all the <something> servers share the same value because they're in the same location (e.g. all the SNMP agents are configured with the same community string). It would be nice to be able to access those zProperties through acquisition in the Device.
Ultimately I'd like to be able to bind templates to Locations, Systems, and Groups. From my understanding zProperties is needed in order to do that.
