The z-index on the message box (messageSlot) needs to be adjusted so that it displays over all other elements in IE

In device list select a device and then select in the menu an option such as set priority. Set the priority and hit ok. Observe the message box in the top right corner and note that the message box that blinks "Priority set to blah blah" appears behind the device list table.

Will need to hack the zenterprise_ie.css file to configure the z-index settings because IE handles z-index differently than FF.
