Large Linux filesystem gets crazy numbers

Description

I have a filesystem like the following:

/dev/md2              8.2T  6.1T  2.2T  75% /srv/backups

I get a warning from zenoss because it says it's near its maximum capacity. See the attached image - zenoss seems to think that this volume is 16.0MB total, has 6.1TB used space, and -6.1TB free space. Usage is 39815416%, etc...
