Users with ZenOperator role can't move events to history from custom event view

Description

Any users that have the ZenOperator role (Enterprise feature) can't move events to history when looking at any of their custom event views. The Zenoss login window pops up in the upper-right area normally designated for response messages.

Verified: install enterprise zenpack, added user, add the permission. Log in as the user go to preferences, event views, move an event to history.
