Don't show WinServices on OS tab if zWmiMonitorIgnore is set

Description

The WinServices table on the OS tab clutters the display for devices that aren't Windows. I suggest having a condition on the display of this table that causes it only to display of zWmiMonitorIgnore is not set for the device.
