Description

Use the "Monitored" checkbox for the process table in the deviceOsDetail template to make it more consistent with the IpServices and WinServices tables.

Note that I validated that we have a checkbox now, and that it matches the usability of the other sections, and that it is remembered. I don't have any OS Processes modeled to verify the correct operation of that UI element.
